Cancellation: All cancellations subject to a $50.00 fee. Full refund up to 60 days prior to arrival. 50% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival. No refund within 30 days of arrival.
Cleaning Fee: $50.00
Damage Deposit: $75, refunded within five days of clear check-out.

Casa de Vida Feliz is located on Avenue Benito Juarez on the far north end of the island, approximately one block from North Beach (Playa Norte) and around the corner from Hidalgo.

Loved it!
This place was perfect! We loved our stay. Full of restaurants, shopping and groceries nearby. The ferry was also walking distance. A book with lots of useful information about the island is available in the unit. High-level host! Thank you for everything!
Close to North Beach
Great location! Close to the North Beach and all the local shops and restaurants. Big comfy bed too. Perfect for 2 people / couple .

Incredibly accommodating….excellent concierge service – they took care of reserving tequila/mezcal tastings and golf cart rental for us. Housekeeping staff is exceptional. Great location – walkable to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Great AC and ceiling fan which is very important in Isla Mujeres. Unit is stocked with bathroom essentials Provided beach towels and beach blankets Safe & Quiet location. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The unit was clean and looks exactly like pictures. There was a guide to the island with a map, recommended restaurants, and much more helpful information. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Great location.
We were here for a week, and having stayed on the island for better than a month previously, this location was perfect. Short walk to the beach and all the fun of Centro even closer. Jenn greeted us on arrival. Pretty simple, with the necessities. Great bed, fridge, streaming TV, etc., but you aren’t going to cook here. That’s OK because there are plenty of local places to eat, starting right outside the gate. Air worked great. Nice shower. The ferry is very walkable. All in all, we’ll be back!

Jeff and Mary’s place it’s really convenient for a stay at Isla Mujeres. Excellent location, cozy studio with a big and comfortable bed and even a small balcony with a hammock. The property manager, Jennifer, was really kind and went to deliver me the key and at the end of my stay to pick it up. They provide water as well which is a huge plus. I really recommend this place.
